Hello,

I am running Vista Ultimate 32bit and I got a pop up this morning that said I should "back up my files" because in 14 days my 'evaluation' period will be over. Ummm, what evaluation period?

I have had this installed from when I built this system over a year ago and it is a legit copy.
The only thing I can think is that I had installed the beta of SP1 when it was offered but shouldn't that have been updated when SP 1 was released?

If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be grateful.

nope, you have to uninstall the beta sp1 and reinstall the final sp1

That was a front page story here a few days ago. The SP1 beta is expiring at the end of the month.

Yep that was it. I had forgotten all about having to un-install it. *shrug*

All good now!

Thanks everyone!
