Vista Ultimate / Audio Issue

Try downloading the Vista (and latest) drivers from your sound card's website.
 
My other driver suggestion would be to use the XP64 drivers (might have to manually install them, but should work). Looks like the same version on the site, but you never know. Your other option might be SRS Audio Soundbox, a relatively new program (with a 64-bit version) that might do what you want. This problem isn't that unusual, sound cards typically only push out stereo sound (L/R and maybe bass) from stereo sources (the entire OS for one), I personally use a certain sound card just to get it the way I want with expand stereo in its own control panel.
