Vista - Theme auto changes when coming back from sleep

This has been bugging me for a while. Every time I open my laptop's lid, and it comes back from sleep, it aromatically changes the theme to classic, and then back to Aero. This makes the screen blink twice, and is unusable until its done changing the theme back and forth, which takes about 5-10 seconds.

Any ideas whats causing this? I looked at whats starting up, and its nothing out of the ordinary.

Update your drivers for vid card, maybe chipset. And look in the event log for errors, I guess.
