Vista style volume control in XP?

I bought a laptop, and it came with Vista Premium. I hated the entire look, feel, and general performance of Vista, so I uninstalled and did a fresh install using XP-Pro.

I am SO much happier with my laptop now, with the single exception of the volume control. I hate to admit it, but the individual control for each program running was really sweet, and I would LOVE to get that implemented in XP-Pro... has anyone ever come across a program or add-on that does that?

As a side note, the reason you found Vista's performance lacking is because you used the crapware version that came with your laptop. Next time try a clean install with a retail version of Vista and all your performance woes will be swept away.
