Vista start menu search not working

Type a few letters, list of programs comes up, clicking on some of them has no effect. Some work some don't. Tried rebuilding the index that didn't work. One of the few features i use is now broken.:mad:
 
Thanks. I had to delete every shortcut that didn't work and recreate it from it's programs files directory then drag and drop in the start menu. I suspect Winbubble was to blame but my fault for downloading that shit.
