Vista replacement CD has new keys?!

I called MS about a bad CD and they sent me a new replacement DVD with SP1 on it and even a new set of keys! The two DVDs are actually called an 'Anytime Upgrade' and came in a white cardboard envelope. I was just wondering does this mean I now have another license to install another machine?

sounds like an upgrade key only.

if the package is marked Anytime Upgrade, then it's just an upgrade key, not an additional license
