Vista Prem 64 no task manager

I had a trojan found on my pc, ran AVG and it seemed to get rid of it. However, I have lost the task manager from the right click on the task bar and also from the ctrl+alt+delete menu.

It was there for sure before the trojan showed up. Any help on how to get it back or what?

check your registry

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

if there is a key for "DisableTaskMgr" delete it.
