Vista outbound firewall control

As some of you know the firewall in windows vista has outbound protection on the firewall, however it is not enabled by default. The problem is if you turn it on you may find yourself wrestling with settings for while before things are working as they should. I came across this free program which once it is installed will generate pop-up messages similar to zonealarm for outbound activity so that you can have outbound protection setup with a lot less hassle.

Note I haven't tried this program myself but thought maybe some folks could give it a shot and report back. It is supposed to be malware free.
