I would like to know the best tools out there, the highest rated to improve vista performance. I'm looking for a registry cleaner and also a tool that optimizes my PC. At the same time, I don't want to get any tools that come in huge suites which might completely lag my system.

Any thoughts? I came across CleanMyPC but wasn't sure about it. Would love to know what others have to say.
 
You aren't going to find software that improves Vista's performance, perse. That being said, I use nCleaner to clean up the registry.
 
I lubed the registry and replaced my packet filter. I get more GHz of power than ever before!
