I can see my laptop on my network and look at the files in the shared directories but I can't txfer files in either direction.
Says I don't have permission...
 
Permissions are set for Everyone as Co-owner with Full Control /Change/Read set to allow.
I also set my account that way.

I can share file with another computer on my network but this machine (my main one) tells me I don't have permission.
I disabled both firewalls, on the laptop and this rig, and it gave me a file in use error.
 
Ok, still working on this.
I can txfer files from other computers to the laptop with Vista.
I can txfer files from the laptop to this machine.
I cannot txfer files from this machine to the laptop.
Error: Cannot create or replace file.xxx: Access is denied
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected
and that the file is not currently in use.

OK


All other machines on LAN are XP Pro.
This machine is XP Pro x64
