Vista no longer keeps correct time

For about the last 24 hours, my PC isn't keeping the correct time. Every time I reset it, the time immediately falls out of sync. Within just a few minutes, the clock runs 10-15 minutes behind. I've got the OS (Vista Ultimate x64 SP1) set to sync with time.windows.com. I've tried the other options, but none of them keep the correct time either. Any suggestions? I'm d/l SP2 in the hope it might fix this problem.

The battery on your motherboard needs to be replaced.

Not at all. Open the case and you should see the battery.
