Anyone figured out how to put the Network Icon on the Desktop?

Also, the "More Info" button that you can click when copying files. Anyone know of a way to make the expanded view the default?

Its under Personalization in Control Panel...Show or hide common icons on the Desktop

As for the other question, I do not know if you can. But I'll keep lookin. lol

EDIT: btw...one of the great features of search is since you can use it anywhere, it found the icon question as i was typing. i typed in desktop icons and that was the first thing that showed up. god i love it...lol

Oh for the love of Pete.

I spent 20 minutes scouring through every panel on the right side of the preferences dialog, and never did see the simple "Change Desktop Icons" text on the left.

This is one of the things about Vista that doesn't make sense. What relegates something to the left panel, and something to the right.

Thanks!
