Vista Locking up Randomly while doing nothing

Hey, I have a problem with Vista locking up randomly. It's odd though, as it only does it while I'm not doing anything.

I'll start with the specs:
EVGA 680i Mobo
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.66Ghz Processor
4GB of OCZ 1066 RAM
2x EVGA 8800GTS 640MB
Thermaltake 1000W PSU
1 WD Caviar 320GB HD
1 Multi Layer cd/dvd burner
1 CoolIt Systems Freezone CPU Watercooler

I recently installed a Cooler Master Duo Viva watercooler for my Video cards, and I purchased RAMSinks to go along with it. I installed them, and put one GPU in at a time. I had to reinstall display drivers with each card that I put in, and everyting worked fine. My temperatures were a good 20 degrees cooler than before, and Call of Duty 4 ran perfectly. I could play for hours on end, with no problem.
However, if I was at the desktop with nothing running, or surfing the internet, etc... The computer would randomly lock up after 5-10 minutes; I don't get the blue screen of death, but it just locks, and I have to restart with the power button.
I have run the Vista Memory test on 4 gigs of RAM, 2 gigs of RAM, and 1 gig of RAM, with no results. I tried taking one video card out and it persists, I took the other one out, and then had to run, so it might be better, I'm not sure.

Any suggestions or questions would be greatly appreciated.

My guess is that its memory. Did I understand you correctly by thinking that you tried 4,2, and 1 GB of RAM and still had the problem? Did you test each stick indivdually?
 
I did try every stick individually, then I upped it to two sticks, then four. I'm about to go read that forum, thanks a lot.
 
I read that entire thread, and tried everything they recommended, and still does it. Any other ideas?
 
Have the latest nForce drivers?

Any chance you could swap out the hard drive temporarily? I had a weird problem with a WD 500GB drive and my nForce 650i board. Either the drive was flaking out or there was an incompatibility. It would cause Vista to BSOD every so often. Then when it would reboot to recover, it wouldn't show the drive during bootup (all other drives did). Swapping out the drive fixed my problem...
 
I have plenty of drives, and that was my next idea, but I can't do it until Sunday, as I don't have the disks here...
