Vista, Drives are disappearing in Explorer/Computer

I have been running Vista fine for a couple weeks now, and low and behold my second internal hard drive as well as my DvD drive and my NAS have all disappeared. I can't see them in Explorer or my Computer. If I go into Computer Management I can see the drives in there and even right click and explore them. But how do I get them back into my computer and Explorer?

Please, still having this issues, the drives are running just not showing up in explorer/my computer.
