I got the os through my msdn account and it looks cool, but i cant find any drivers for it. i looked on the uli and asrock site with no luck.

Vista is still in beta, so don't expect any wide ranging support on drivers anytime soon. Hell, you can't even get drivers for XP64 yet from the manufacturers.

but there has to be some out there some where at least a basic lan driver
The newer betas, which what you probably have since it's MSDN, have a driver installer than detects as many devices it can and installs drivers for them. Next to downloading the Nvidia/ATI video drivers to enable Aero Glass, that's the best your going to get.
