When dragging and dropping a folder, file, etc. It shows it as a very large icon while dragging. More like a thumbnail. This makes it harder to see where i'm dragging it to. The icon size is a bit of an overkill for a drag and drop.
Doesn't look like you can do it without switching out of aero glass.
This is only when dragging something from a file folder. When dragging a desktop icon it stays the same size which is how it always worked in XP. But file folder dragging is using thumbnail sized icons.
