Vista disconnecting from the internet when entering sleep mode...

Anybdoy knows how to fix this problem? if I let the PC in sleep mode for more than a few minutes I get a red x on my net icon and have to restart the PC to be able to connect to the internet...

Try going to the Control Panel, Network and Sharing Center, click "Manage network connections" in the left pane, right-click your network connection, Properties, click Configure, choose the Power Management tab, uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power."
