Vista, command prompt

In Vista I can't open command prompt, it says that it is disabled by administrator. I am the administrator, and didn't disable it, I don't know how. How can I enable this to work?

were you messing around with group policy? you could try running gpedit.msc and under user config > admin templates >system i believe that is where the disable command prompt is located.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System

Set DisableCMD to 0

Go figure, regedit is disabled too. I got it off the internet so it's probably just fuc$ed anyway, have to grab my own copy....

have you tried right clicking it and click on run as administrator?
 
A good sign of malware is when cmd and regedit gets disabled by unknown reasons

seems to me this his problem, i'd be very carfeful with something like that, keylogers and such. too risky for me.
