Vista BSOD on install, help!

I just put together a new sytem and got a BSOD on the Vista install. It pops up after the scolling Vista startup bar is finished. I am using Vista Ultimate 64-bit and the error code is as follows,

STOP: 0x0000007E (0xFFFFFFFFC0000005, 0xFFFFF8000985E251, 0xFFFFF98001ADA428, 0xFFFFF98001AD9E00)


I have no idea what error code that is and I am hoping someone knows so I dont have to tear down the entire system.

System Specs:

Seagate Barracuda ES ST3750640NS 750GB
EVGA 132-CK-NF78-A1 NForce 780i SLI
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield
Mushkin Extreme Performance 4GB (4 x 1GB) DDR2 1066
EVGA GeForce 8800GTX 768MB (x2 SLI)
VISTA ULTIMATE 64-bit

Wow I would of never guessed that. I was thinking it could be my SLI setup or something since I have installed Vista 64 with 4 gigs before. But this might be a much easier fix then I thought. I will give it a shot when I get home today, thank you very much!!!!! :)
