Vista Boot Loader

editing outside of Vista... is that possible? that HD that vista was on died so I don't have that option, and I want to remove vista from the boot options...

Anyway have an idea for me?

you can edit the boot loader by using the other OS boot loader
and configure it with the other boot loader , Ubuntu/xp for an example

ok, so the only way is to replace the Vista one. Damn, more work.

well, if I'm going to have to replace the bootloader, i was figuring I'd just install GRUB. Saves me some effort some point down the road when I throw Linux on as well (when I finally have the time to take a second stab at it).
