Vista and Nero 7 experiences

I have the newest Nero 7 trial available (7.7.5.1) from Nero.com. It says that it is now Vista (x86) compatible, but during the install asks to update Direct X 9.0c. The only way you can continue with the installation is to have it install it. Obviously Vista comes with DX10, so what is the deal here? Has anyone else experienced this, and would it be alright for me to click to install it?
 
Alright, thanks. I appreciate it. It seemed to me like something like that would be something that was greatly overlooked.
