Ok I just upgraded my system to Vista 32


The same setup was working great under windows xp, but not for some reason all I get it timout erros and transfers that will take days to accomplish, but originally were done within minutes.

I have disabled my firewall to see if that was issue... No Go.. Any help will be great.

Trying to transfer Files from my Vista 32bit to my Xbox Via FTP and My Router/Gateway. Everything was setup the same under XP and worked great

Nope..... Everything remained exactly the same... except the vista upgrade. and I'm trying to connect to my xbox... not use the xbox to connect to the vista machine
 
I can confirm that Vista works fine with FlashFXP. I use it almost everyday.

Have you upgraded to SP1?

Also, you might try unchecking QoS on the network adapter properties.
