Vista and 3dMark06

So I get a dialogue of "The procedure entry point alcIsExtensionPresent could not be located in the dynamic link library OpenAL32.dll"
Using 64-bit Version.. so not compatible or what?
 
looks like something to do with OpenAL not being 64-bit compatible on Vista. unfortunately, the OpenAL driver is required during install of 3dmark06. try 05 and see if it'll run.
 
Nice find! I was wondering if I could install 3dmark06 on Vista 64 too. 3dmark05 works just fine though...
 
3Dmark 06 works great for me on Vista x64 Ultimate. I ran a bench last night and got 4313 marks down from 4700 in XP Pro.
