Vista 64 safely remove hardware for my JBOD hardrive :(

I was reinstalling vista 64 and everything was installing fine until i shut down the PC and unplugged a USB mouse and plugged in a new one i then booted back up and when i got back in vista i now have a "safely remove hardware" green check mark in the lower right hand corner of the system tray.

This wasnt here before.... This has never been here ever since i bought vista 64 for the first time since like a year ago almost.

Why is it doing it now? It doesnt seem to bother my system it seems. But its really annoying to see after so long of it not being there. This only happened in XP.

Also im using a sata hardrive.

any help? TIA

EDIT: it says word for word that "safely remove nvidia nforce raid device"
 
check your device manager and see if you have devices that have a question mark
also open the safely remove hardware and see what device is actually listed
