I RMA'ed my Visiontek Radeon 9500 Pro because it would overheat in 3D applications like Unreal 2k4 and get checkboarding artifacts (although it was fine it 2D). I get a card back the other day and #1 its not new (which i can sorta understand) and #2 (the big one) it doesn't work! I put it into two separate working computers and there would be no video signal and it made the motherboard beep a few times every 10 seconds. This is not what I was expecting from a lifetime warranty.

about 6 months ago my powersupply decided to die, and didnt want to go alone(killed everything save the proc and my optical drives)

i had a visiontek 9800 pro, that i sent into them to get fixed, and what i got back was the exact same card. All they did was fix it somehow.

only problem i have with their RMA system is that i had to go and dig around to find a year old receipt.
otherwise i dont have a problem with it
