So I filled out the online RMA request form for Visiontek over the weekend.
Got the auto response.. please allow 24-48 hours for a reply right away.

Hadn't heard anything from them yet, so I decided to give them a call.

They told me that they didn't get my request and that their servers have been having intermittent issues with this.

The person I spoke to then sent me an email to reply to with my information so they can get my RMA setup.

Just a heads up for anybody that needs to RMA a Visiontek card right now.. might be better to call in to make sure the RMA gets started.

And also a note to not freak out if you filled out the online form and haven't received a reply yet.

Thanks. I am about to do an RMA & I submitted the form & apparently they don't have it. I'm sending them the purchase receipt by email.

How is your RMA going? Do you know if they do advance replacement? I have an Eyefinity 6 2GB 6870 card that is flickering badly in Linux (worked fine for 2 months and then my machine started crashing).

I replaced the powersupply ("Ultra 500w") with a 750w pc power & cooling as well as did a 24 hour memory test. Problem persists. Swapped teh graphics card with a 5750 & the system is rock solid....
