Visiontek/Gigabyte brands?

Wanting to buy a new 69XX series card, and wondering if these brands are as solid as XFX/MSI/Sapphire?

I know XFX has hands down one of the best warranties, but don't hear much about the visiontek/gigabyte brands.

I'm asking cause I'm having a hard time finding an XFX in stock at a good price.

They're basically all reference designs so go nuts, but check the warranty thread first.
