Out of curiosity, are there any people out there with experience on visiontek RMA proceedings?

I have an XFX, Diamond, and visiontek 5870, the visontek recently stopped working (windows won't start when it is plugged in, as the primary, second, or third card, alone or in a pair), I purchased it at microcenter a little over a month ago, but I've already exchanged an xfx 5870 there (bad artifacting) and I don't feel like making a stink to get it returned.

Is it a pretty painless process to get an exchange out of visiontek? How is the turnaround time? At the moment I'm trying to weigh my options depending on which is a bigger pain in the ass.
