Virus/Trojan help

I just got a Win32/TrojanClicker.VB.DN. virus found in File C:\Program Files\Common Files\mscombtl32.exe I did a quick google and couldn't find much about this file and virus, I was wondering if anyone could give me info or a cleaner, NOD32 can't seem to delete it.
 
Did you attempt to scan in safe mode?

Also have you checked your task manager to make sure there are no odd processes?
