I don't know if this is in the right section of these forums, but my computer got totally trashed by this: www.myg0t.org/sp0rkeh.exe (don't go there). Do you guys know of any way to fix my comp? I can't run any programs. I can't do a system restore. I don't know what to do. Thanks.

Thank you for your help. I followed that until step 2, but when I searched I couldn't find those files... so I ran this online anti-virus: http://housecall.trendmicro.com/housecall/start_corp.asp
