Will enabling VT degrade the perfomance of my laptop? I recently purchased an HP-Dv6-T which has
1) IVY Bridge Core i7 Quad Core
2) 8GB DDR3- 1600Mhz RAM
3) 1TB Hard Drive and
4) nVidia GTX 630M GPU

Today I was running 64-bit Windoes 2008 Server using Virtual PC VMWare but it displayed a message that 64-bit cannot be run without enabling VT. What are the limitations and advantages of enabling VT? Will it degrade the speed, OCing if i enable VT?
