Virtualization? Off helps improve OC?

With this feature on, I just couldn't get prime stable.

With it off, I'm up to 2 hours prime stable now on my e6700 @ 3.4ghz, 1.475v, RAM @ 850mhz 5-5-5-15
 
Turn that as well as a lot of the other CPU options like throttling off too. They definately will increase o/cs.
 
I had already disabled C1E, etc., but left virtualization alone, as I wasn't sure it would affect anything. I was wrong :)
 
If you have an Asus board like mine, make sure you kill the mother of all whores, Hyperpath 3.
