so, I can't get VT-X to enable for VirtualBox...
CPU supports it: Core 2 Quad Q9550
mobo supports it: Intel DX48BT2
BIOS has Virtualzation Technology set to Enable
and VB doesn't have it flagged off or anything (under System -> Acceleration, it shows Enable VT-x/AMD-V as Enabled)
when I startup my VM (running Ubuntu 9.04 as a guest within XP Professional), and hit status, it shows VT-x as disabled/off
I haven't hit any performance issues, and I'm not trying to run 64-bit guest on a 32-bit host, just sorta curious why it isn't working
aside from that little quirk, everything else works without a hitch
