Virtual meal technology? Isn’t this just video conferencing while eating? I’m not trying to knock this company’s product but this is hardly a new idea. If you have a Xbox Live Vision camera and a bowl of cereal we can do the same thing.

The concept is simple. An elderly woman in, say, California, makes herself dinner. When she gets ready to sit down and eat, the system detects it and alerts her son in Chicago. The son then goes to his kitchen, where a small camera and microphone capture what he is doing.

lets take this one step further, how about The Virutal Toilet Technology..seems the next thing after Meal Technology.
