virtual floppy such as alcohol 120% for cd's

hey guys im trying to find a program that will enulate a floppy such as alcohol 120% does for CD ex.
when i use parttion magic or norton and need a recovery disk alway ask for a dish in drive a with no options to be put on USB memory stick or bootble CD

so i was thinking if there such a program fool windows in to thinking i have a floppy so i copy & paste to my USB memory stick
