viewsonic widescreens

I currently have a vx2025wm that I love, but my wife is extremely jealous of, so I am considering giving it to her.
Of course that means that I will need a new one so I am still considering a viewsonic, and am looking at the vx2235wm, or the 2245. besides the ipod dock on the 2245, which I have absolutely no use for, can anyone here tell me if there is any reason to get the 2245 over the 2235, and if anyone has either one of these, can you give an opinion on it.

i believe they are the same, i was in your exact situation; i gave up my vx2025wm's for something bigger. however i think you may be disappointed in the 22in viewsonics. they are not as good as the vx2025. you should try looking into the sceptre 22in instead, i have found it to be much better in terms of brightness and sharpness.

but to answer your original question i believe everything is the same between the 2 choices, if you dont really need the ipod dock dont get it, i think its a waste. plus if you ever use mounting arms you wont need the dock anyway.
