i have had this monitor for over a month now.very happy with it.
what refresh rate are people using?.i am at 60 hz right now.
i have read somewhere that if you use 75 hz you will hurt the monitor

you won't hurt the monitor but it won't give you any advantage either.....LCD's and refresh rate is a widely misunderstood topic imho. Since LCD's don't even refresh at all, it's a moot point.
 
lol.....don't worry about the post count. There're noobies that know a lot more than "gawd"s.....they just don't post as much.
 
yea... if the monitor dies after running it at 75Mhz you get to whine, and loudly, they can publish a product that says itl allow ___ Hz and then when you run it at ___ Hz it dies. if it dies, and they dont RMA, you get to go on a rant, which is always fun.
