I know it is a crime somehow^^, but my new
Viewsonic VP191b is connected to an old
MSI GeForce3 Ti 200 DVI connector now

The Problem is...non static screen content makes
the screen go black for 2 seconds and show in an
OSD window "Digital"
Cable is ok...going 1024x768 helps, but it still happens

Any "magic" solution/idea ? :)

Maybe another poorly shielded cable is interfering with your DVI cable.

If you can, try another graphics card as well.

Thx

Hmmm...I have no other DVI card here right now...
Could a WLan card near have an impact? Moving
the cable seems to do nothing...

What confuses me is that the problem is based on content
1280x1024 works fine for hours...just the desktop...but a
simple 3D game in a 800x600 window and it switches on and
off constantly...even at 1024x768 the 800x600 game causes
a black screen from time to time

seems like either a driver issue or video card issue.

Non digital all works fine, drivers have no impact as it seems
I guess the card has a bug...anyway...thx :)
