Viewsonic P95F+B Question

I have a Viewsonic P95F+B which is a 19" 'flat" CRT. it's a great monitor, but i will occasionally screw up my settings by tinkering around, i can usually get things back in order, but i'm frusterated by the fact that there is no factory reset option with this monitor (or at least one that I can find)..... is there something i'm missing? it would be great to have a baseline to work from when attempted to configure my monitor. any help or suggestions appreciated.
