$1000cdn @ costco.. deal?

I was considering one for my PC, but i'm worried that its going to ghost like a bitch since its 25ms pixel refresh.... :(

1280x1024/1280x720 native res, 600:1 contrast, 25ms color, 8 gray-gray, 550nits and 27" 16:9.

Would need to sell both my 24" Sun T-rex's and Samsung 1200NF first though..

Considering the viewing angles, its definitely a TN panel, so you don't have to worry about it ghosting. Accurate color reproduction and viewing angles should be your main concern. I saw this model at Costco a week ago. It was propped up pretty high, but the display was still pretty clear from below. At 999$, its hard to beat!
 
Twisted Nematic. The technology is related to the old passive notebook displays. TN panels are fast (no ghosting) but only display 262K real color (16.2M through dithering), bad viewing angles and poor contrast ratio. There's a link to an excellent article over at Xbit Labs which describes each type of panel in detail.
