well im about to buy a new lcd, since last week my old lcd took a shit (powesupply failed) just wondering what the pros and cons of this monitor are, the 8ms screen is very inticing and the $340 price tag is very tempting, but does the "your only paying for what you get" rule apply in this case of this monitor? though it's viewsonic so im not too worried about the old saying.
:D

ive thought about repairing my old lcd but the 25ms responce time isnt very convincing to put money into a monitor that is out of date. pluz its not really worth it since i think some things fried in the monitor also kuz it made a startling loud pop when it died.

sale? huh? does that mean newegg is making an excuse to raise the price on the monitor? :: so confused ::

Im also considering adding this monitor as a 2nd, the price on this thing is very tempting. Ive heard mostly good things about viewsonic, but there are the occassional negative comments about them. I would guess its a good monitor though, and at that price you cant beat it.
