Viewing angle question

Why is it that my monitor when rotated its viewing angle is off-set or that is how it seems to be when I have rotated to 1080x1920. Because if I have it straight on towards me the right side fails to display properly, as if I were viewing from to sharp an angle. Though when I turn it about 10degrees to the left everything views properly.
To illustrate:

Above is how it has to be for me to see the entire screen otherwise if like this

I can only see the left half with the right half being blanked out

Is this a case of "I got what I paid for" when I opted to buy a budget 1080p Asus monitor or does a solution exist-Aside from awkwardly placing the monitor at a left facing angle

All 1920x1080 monitors are TN panels. That's how TN panels look when rotated, and there is no solution, which is why you get IPS panels for that.
