Hey guys, I own an ATI all in wonder 8500DV and just recently after i got back from a lan party, im noticing that something sounds really weird in my case, like a very subtle motor of a fan running awkwardly.

I opened my case to find out what it was, and it wasnt the CPU / power supply, or the rear fan I had put in. After much research, i thought about taking the videocard out, and that was the problem. I cleaned the fan, but the problem still exists. I found out that if i apply a little pressure to the center of the fan, the fan remains the same as it did before; quiet.

I'm not sure how to take this fan apart and maybe re-screw it back on with a firmer pressure, but for now, i dont want to take any risks if I cannot put it back.

Now my question is, is if i were to buy a small 40mm fan with aheat sink on it, will it be properly installable on this one, and if its worth doing all that in the first place. I checked a few websites out and i saw a fan exactly like this for $12 (shippping included).

I can try to fix it myself but i do not know if thers any guide for it here :(

What do you guys recommend? if there any guide for doing this?

Thanks alot :)
