Omfg something is seriously messed up with my computer...

The 3dmark05 score i got was 1242?!?!?!?

What/!
?

I have a radeon 9950 graphics card thats overclocked.

Shouldnt it be geting alot higher than that!!

What The Hell Is going on!? Shouldnt it be in the 3000+ range? Could it be that my computer is still running off the video chip it came with? T4892 Emachine. Its got a 2.8ghz proccesser. It shouldnt be going this slow. Was it the overclock that i performed? Did it do something bad to the video card? Im confused completly Someone tell what's going on here. While testing i had no other programs running.

if thats a 9550, thats actually about right.. my 9600 pro got around 2k, and the 9550 is significantly slower than it.

there is no such thing as a radeon 9950.

My mistake its a 9550.

But isnt that really low? I was hereing people geting scores of 5000 and complaining about how low that is.

Also on the System specs it gathered it says this:

I overclocked the memory speed and the core speed. Does this mean it didnt work?
Memory should be at 255mhz and 315mhz. But its not picking it up as that. Quite frankly im just confused.

that 3dmark2k5 score is line with the video card you have. from the looks of things your video card overclock got reset. the official ati drivers dont allow for overclocking, i recommend you get omega drivers http://www.omegadrivers.net/ati.php

Thanks. They did reset. I uninstalled thouse drivers and installed the ones you said. Than i set the core and memory setings. They seem to be working in perfect order now, and my bench mark is higher. Thanks for the help. I had no idea the drivers from the ATI Website would prevent an overclock from becoming possible.
