I have a Gateway Computer (Model 506GR): 3.2 Ghz Pentium, 1GB DDR Ram, with an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 990 (Available PCI Express Slot). I have an LG Flatron L1720P monitor. I use this computer for work mostly but I like to watch steaming video of baseball games. I put the game on full screen and the picture is very blurry. I was wondering if there is any graphics card upgrade that I can get to improve the picture quality of the video.
 
any vid card can improve on onboard video. depends on how much you want to spend on extra features
 
$$ is not too much of an issue. I would like to get TV quality picture when I enlarge the streaming video.

What other features?
 
Obviously you can't improve the quality of the video if it's a low quality video to begin with however. Streaming video is typically on the low quality side for bandwidth and size concerns.

Does enlarging DVD quality video on your computer still appear grainy?

DVD's aren't too bad when enlarged. I guess they just don't give you very good quality videos on MLB.com
