Video Tearing issues

I actually just posted as having the same problem, how did you fix it in VLC? I would be curious about youtube videos also, its fine on my other two monitors just not the third that is not set as default display
 
In VLC: Tools>Preferences:Go into video category and under enable video-output should be selected for DirectX (DirectDraw) video output. Save it and you should e good to go.
