Video Screen Capture Winxp

Anyone got any recomendations for capturing application video? Trying to build a tutorial for some software that I use and obviously cant use FRAPS.


Oh, and free would be best, lol

The only program I've really used is SnagIt. It works really well, but it's not free.

I'd recommend Camtasia... although it too is not free

I haven't tried it but VirtualDub seems to have a screen capture option. I can't say it works since trying on my computer gives an error of being out of video memory (integrated SIS graphics with only 16mb allocated for it). This program is free.
