Video Recorder, Digital Camera Mp3 Player?

This thing from newegg seems to pack a lot of features, and I was wondering if anyone has heard of this. It's $79, requires an SD card(includes small 128mb) , but includes 4megapixel digital camera with 12x digital zoom, and can record mpeg4 at 640x480 or 320x240 resolution.

I have never seen it before, anyone else heard of it? If it does what it says it can well then I might get it.

these devices are interesting but I dont know if there is a solid all around device. the 4mp camera is an interpolated, probably not much better than an above average cell phone camera

For the features, it looks pretty nice. I just can't seem to find any reviews. The SD cards are getting nice and cheap too, plus for me because I don't need a lot of storage. It will probably be this or a Nano for me, unless I go crazy and want some video capability like the iAudio X5's I was looking at.

If you're willing to keep the camera seperate (which I personally would, I mean who wants to drain a battery with flash while trying to listen to music?) I would personally go for the iaudio X5.
Flac lossless support, video player, and other various music. But then again the Iaudio X5 already has tons of other competition in this regard anyway including Apples new Ipod video player defeating the purpose of my argument anyway.

Ok, well now to decide, iaudio X5 or Video Ipod?!?! I seriously do not need the 30gigs, 10 is fine for me, but is it worth that beautiful screen? Something always comes along to make my deciscion harder...
