Video problems with OCing my p4

What I'm running:
P4 2.66GHz (Northwood) FSB133MHz
on a SOYO Dragon p4x400 lite
512 Megs PC2700 (166MHz) Kingston
(Award Bios)
ATI Radeon 9500 pro

My newest problem I can't seem to figure out is a video problem.
My system runs relatively stable at 150 and even 155 fsb, even running at 100% (grid.org UD device) for a long period. But, when I run 3dMark05, it halts or gives the BSoD. I can run it ok at 140, but that's hardly better than 133.
Temperature of the CPU is not the problem. The OC barely changes the temp (45C max).
Any ideas? I'm stumped. Even a link for info on video problems with OCing would be helpful.

Thanks in advance.

I'm assuming that since i can't find an option for agp/pci locking in my bios that there isn't one. Is it an obvious looking option? if so, bummer. Is that the end for my OCing? The last thing I need is to bake my video card.

Also one more little question:
Sandra is telling me that my chipset (pci to cpu link or something like that, it's not in front of me right now) is over the maximum...which is 133. Should I worry about that or is that ok? I can get more details if needed, but I'm not at my pc right now.

well, in my bios under the overclocking menu, there's an agp/pci lock option..you may, simply, not have one. don't worry about the sandra thing, it's just saying that the chip is running faster than what it runs out of the box. I've had mine overclocked atleast 900mhz for atleast a year.
