I recently purchased a Built By ATI X700 Pro (PCI-E) and although it isn't a HUGE problem, it is nonetheless an annoying one. In every game I play, I get a video glitch. All I have to do is look in the right direction and I find it. It's most apparent in FPS's and harder to find in RPGs and such... but anyway, here's a pic of it:

What would you consider to be the best course of action to remedy this problem? Drivers don't work (I've been variating between the official 4.12's and BETA Omega 4.12's to no avail), so I don't know what to do... I'm about to take it back and exchange it for a new one... hope that helps.

But please help.. and yes, I am a noob. lol
 
You could adjust some bios settings related to the PCI Express; PEG Buffer Length, PEG Link Mode, PCI Link Latency, etc. It might be a driver issue since PCI-E is rather new.
